Sports Diet

 

An appropriate sports diet is half of the success; the other half is proper training, while the best results come from combining both elements.

 

I have been working as a sports dietitian with elite athletes for 15 years, and I also engage in sports recreationally (I run half-marathons and do strength training). Additionally, I am an academic lecturer, among others, at the Warsaw University of Physical Education, where I teach subjects related to nutrition in sports, which is why I know very well how important proper nutrition is and what role a well-balanced sports diet plays for the body.

 

The diet is planned for 7 days and is intended for use over several weeks. The sports diet is individual, tailored to preferences, what one likes, and adjusted for specific training or work.

 

The training is planned individually, to be performed at home or in a fitness club, as preferred. It can be a training program for fat reduction, muscle building, improving strength, endurance, or health-related, tailored to needs, capabilities, and health status.
