Appropriate nutrition is half the success; the other half is proper training, and the best results come from combining both of these elements.
I have been working with professional athletes as a sports dietitian for 15 years. I also engage in amateur sports (I run half marathons, and I do strength training). Additionally, I am an academic lecturer, among other things, at the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education, where I teach subjects related to nutrition in sports. Therefore, I know very well how important proper nutrition is and what role a well-balanced diet plays for the body.
The diet is designed for 7 days to be followed for several weeks. Sports nutrition is individual, tailored to preferences, what one likes, and adapted to specific training or work.
The training is individually tailored, to be done at home or in a fitness club, at one's discretion. It can be a training program for reducing body fat, building mass, improving strength, endurance, or health, adapted to needs, capabilities, and health status.
WHY IS A SPORTS DIET IMPORTANT?
1
Individual Diet is a guarantee of success.
2
Nutrition in sports is a key element of training, as the right diet allows for quick and effective recovery of the body after an intense training session.
3
The sports diet is tailored to your daily routine, workouts, and preferences.
4
Sports nutrition is not just an ordinary diet. Here, every element is precisely tailored to the individual, the discipline, the quantity, and the duration of training. With a properly balanced diet, you will have more energy and strength.
