You will learn how to compose meals on your own or which training to use to achieve your goal.

We will perform a body composition analysis and check the levels of fat, muscle, and water. Based on the interview, we will jointly develop an action plan for the upcoming weeks and months.

If you are already following a diet but it is not yielding results, we will identify the shortcomings and make adjustments.

You can ask an unlimited number of questions within a period of 55 minutes.
